Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ctdvh2-v8.myshopify.com and any order placed through it. Emily Hamcoug operates the store from the United States.

Using the site or placing an order means you accept these Terms.

  3. Cancellation on our side. Before we send confirmation, we may decline the order — stock issues, price/description errors, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms. If you paid, we refund in full.

  1. U.S. dollars. All prices are in USD.
  2. Prices at checkout are honored for that specific order — even if the site price changes later.
  3. Honest errors. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price (typo, misplaced decimal), we may cancel rather than fulfill, with a full refund.

  1. Pay at checkout through the methods offered.
  2. You confirm authorization to use the payment method when you submit.
  3. We do not store card numbers — payment is handled by the processor.

  1. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
  2. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
  3. Both policies are part of these Terms and apply to every order.

  1. We describe products honestly — accurate photos, real measurements.
  2. Colors may vary based on screen calibration.
  3. Materials may vary slightly between production lots (especially natural fibers). Those aren't defects.

3 things to know about our content

  1. All content is protected — text, photos, illustrations, code, layout, and the "Emily Hamcoug" name. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies.
  2. You may browse, share links, and save pages for personal reference.
  3. You need written consent to reproduce commercially, use our brand in your business, scrape or mirror the site, or modify and redistribute any part of it.

3 things to know about fair use

  1. No illegal or fraudulent use of the site.
  2. No malware, spam, or attempts to compromise the site or its users.
  3. No bots, scrapers, or automation without our written permission.

Break these rules and access may end without notice.
